On May 29, 2012, Merrill Garbus (A.K.A. tUnE-yArDs) performed at The Moody Theater for a live taping of the revered music program Austin City Limits. Huge! If you weren't in town and able to make it to the concert / show filming, now's your chance to pick up one of these signed & numbered screenprinted posters designed by our very own Wes Winship!

The poster started out as a couple of water color studies of Merrill. Inspired by her onstage face paint, Wes applied layers of textures and patterns to the portrait. The image was such a hit with Merrill that she requested a second version to be made as her official summer 2012 tour poster. We'll have some of those soon, but for now, we bring you the original Austin City Limits poster.
